GUACAMOLE AND SALSA
My husband and I traveled a lot by boat, and spent a lot of time in Mexico. 2 of the mainstays there are Guacamole and Salsa. Once I learned to like Mexican food, I have found it to be very addictive. I get so hungry for the spices and the flavors. We learned to make Guacamole and Salsa when we were in Mexico, and have been making it for the last 20 years.
I would suggest making the Salsa first – for 2 reasons, it is much more labor intensive and you end up adding some of it in to the Guacamole.
